2007 Men's Soccer

The 2007 Penn State Behrend men’s soccer team captured their fourth AMCC title while compiling a 14-5-3 record and going 7-2 in conference play. The Lions dropped a pair of 1-0 decisions to Medaille and La Roche early in conference play to earn the No. 2 seed for playoffs.

Behrend battled back to defeat No. 3 Penn State Altoona in the AMCC semifinals and then edged No. 1 Medaille 2-1 in overtime for the conference crown. The Lions earned the conference’s automatic bid to the NCAA Tournament. Behrend defeated Washington & Jefferson 1-0 in the first round and then fell to Montclair, 2-1 in the second round.

The Lions had six players named to the All-Conference Team. Forward Jerry Tortella and goalie Dustin Walker were selected to the first team. Forward Ahmad Salim, midfielders Mike Seth and David Baleno, and defender Adam Cline were second-team choices
