ERIE, Pa. – Senior setter Hannah Saunders (Elizabeth, PA/Elizabeth Forward) has been named the Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) Division III North Offensive Player of the Week.

Saunders, who also garnered Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference (AMCC) Athlete of the Week honors, helped the Lions to a 5-0 week and was selected to the Lycoming All-Tournament Team. In four matches over the weekend, she amassed 116 assists, 23 kills and 15 digs. For the week, she averaged 8.13 assists.

So far this season she has totaled 512 assists and ranks second on the team in blocks with 34. Saunders has 3,044 career assists and needs 44 more to move into fourth place on the all-time list.
