WASHINGTON, Pa. - The Penn State Behrend men's water polo team earned its first victory of the season, 16-4, over Caltech on the final day of the Washington and Jefferson Invitational. To end the two-day invite, the Lions fell to Salem.

* Anderson dished out four assists, while Eugene Kruger (Pleasanton, CA/Foothill) assisted on three goals
* Freshman Adrian Tolcyzk (Park Ridge, IL/Maine South) scored his first collegiate goal in Sunday's contest
* In the final period, Devin Lockard (Edgewood, WA/Puyallup) tallied his first goal of the season to cap off Behrend's first win of the 2023 campaign
* Goalkeeper Ethan Friedman (Valley Center, CA/Valley Center) only allowed three goals, while stopping 10 of the Beavers shots and dishing out an assist
* Freshman Evan Teeter made his collegiate debut in net and collected five saves

* Salem controlled most of the first half, going into halftime with an 11-1 lead
