Women's Track and Field Finishes Nazareth Invite

ROCHESTER, NY – The Penn State Behrend women's track & field team competed at the Nazareth Invitational on Friday.

Key Moments: 

* Savanna Carr (Franklin, PA/Franklin Area) won the mile, running 5:14.55 and qualifying for the All-Atlantic meet
* Senior Jenna Shelton (Cabot, PA/Knoch) took home gold in the 800m for the second consecutive week (2:16.96)
* The women's 4x400m team of Julia Fasiczka (North Huntingdon, PA/Norwin), Carr, Shelton, and Gabriella Loeffler (Pittsburgh, PA/Baldwin) finished first with a time of 4:06.44
* Riley Crissman (Bradford, PA/Bradford Area) had an All-Atlantic qualifying time in the 3000m, finishing second (10:36.02)
* In the 200m, Loeffler finished fourth (26.32) as well as a fifth place finish in the 60m (8.11)
