Erika Renwick, a graduate from Clearfield High School, was an impact player for Behrend's softball team during her two seasons in 1989 and 1990.  

From the mound Renwick led the team to school records in wins. She was a pivotal part of a team that earned its first-ever NCAA regional ranking and first ECAC postseason bid under the guidance of Hall of Fame coach Brett Banker. Renwick also set many records. She holds the record for fewest earned runs allowed in a season (13), lowest ERA in a season (1.09), and lowest ERA in career (1.14). She also ranks second in shutouts in a season (3), third in shutouts in a career (7), and seventh for wins in a career with 17.  

In 1990, Renwick was named Female Scholar Athlete of the Year and graduatedthat year from Penn State Behrend. She is currently the assistant director of athletics and the senior woman administrator at Saint Francis University in Loretto, Pennsylvania.
