Pam Allshouse (1989-92) was a skilled volleyball player who came to Penn State Behrend after a stellar career at Conneaut Lake High School. She accomplished many feats on the volleyball court and was the best player on her team.  Allshouse played in 347 volleyball games (seventh all-time) for Behrend's legendary head coach Jan Wilson.

Allshouse completed her career as the record holder for career assists with 1,947 and for most assists in a single-season with 801 during the 1990 season. She remains second in the books for service aces in a career with 174 and ranks 11th in a single-season with 62 in 1990.
