Bowling Falls to St. Vincent on Tuesday
The Penn State Berhend women's bowling team was defeated by St. Vincent on Tuesday night in Erie.
ERIE, Pa. - Penn State Behrend hosted St. Vincent College on Tuesday night at Eastland Bowl in Erie. Three traditional matches were played on Tuesday night. The Bearcats won all three matches.
* St. Vincent won the first match by a score of 918-721.
* Brianna Lundy (North Huntingdon, PA/Norwin) led PSB with a 233 and was one pin shy of tying the top overall bowler in the first match.
* Natalie Denny (Harborcreek, PA/Harbor Creek) bowled a 152 in the first match.
* The Bearcats won the second match by an 845-631 final.
* Brianna Lundy was again the top bowler for the Behrend Lions in the match with a 155..
* Taylor Szoszorek (Erie, PA/McDowell) improved by 22 pins, bowling a 133.
* The final match was won by St. Vincent, 807-641.
* Taylor Szoszorek again improved her total pinfall, finishing with a 154.
* Brianna Lundy completed her strong day leading PSB with a 167 in the third match.
