Lions Take On D’Youville Saturday At Eastland Bowl

ERIE, Pa. – The Penn State Behrend women's bowling team welcomes D'Youville for two traditional games and a best of 7 baker game on Saturday, Oct. 26. Action at Eastland Bowl is set for 1 p.m.

Behrend News & Notes:

* The Lions last competed in the Grapevine Classic two weekends ago, finishing with a 5-5 overall record to place seventh
* Behrend picked up four baker match victories over Ursuline, Pitt-Greensburg, and Hilbert
* In the individual standings, senior Sidney Batsa (Latrobe, PA/Greater Latrobe) placed 13^th with a total pinfall of 864 in five traditional games
* As a team, the Lions registered a total baker pinfall of 4,039, which was a better total than four other teams that competed
* Batsa leads the team in total pinfall (1,490) in nine games played, while Emily Warrene (Tarentum, PA/Deer Lakes) has a team-high traditional average of 172.29 so far this season
* Chelsea Wayne (Erie, PA/Collegiate Academy) has tallied the highest-game score of the season for the Lions with a 233 at the Mercyhurst Invite

* The Saints also competed in Grapevine Classic, placing third out of eight teams with a weekend record of 7-3 and a total pinfall of 8,439
