ERIE, Pa. – Sophomore Isaac Stouffer (Punxsutawney, PA/Punxsutawney) had a walk-off RBI walk to score Braden Paulinellie (DuBois, PA/DuBois) for the game-winning run in the 10th inning of a 3-2 Penn State Behrend baseball victory over Hiram on Thursday. The Lions fell in the opener, 4-2.
Game Two:

Key Moments:
* Stouffer, who was 0-for-3 with a sacrifice before the final inning, came to the plate with bases loaded and two outs
* Paulinellie and Juston Jones (Moon Township, PA/Moon) each singled before Hiram pitcher Jacob Kocuba intentionally walked Josh Wagner (South Park, PA/South Park) to load the bases
* Stouffer was ahead in the pitch count and kept steady on the fourth ball that was low and wide to draw the walk and send Paulinellie off third to home for the game winner
* The Lions were more aggressive at the plate than game one to get their third win over the Terriers this season
* Behrend took the lead for the first time at home this season with a pair of runs in the third
* Dom Charletta (West Newton, PA/Yough) and Jake Deitz (Erie, PA/McDowell) scored on a single by Jones followed by a double from Wagner, respectively, for a 2-0 lead
* The Lions threatened again in the fourth with bases loaded and no outs showing but a double play got Hiram out of the inning without further damage
* The Terriers got on the board in the fifth frame with a run on three hits while leaving two runners stranded to make it 2-1
* Another Hiram run was added in the sixth with a first-pitch RBI double to left field by Evan Fairbanks to tie it at 2-all
* Starting pitcher Jacob Lindow (Bridgeville, PA/Chartiers Valley) made it through the first seven innings and stayed for the eighth where it took him five pitches to get a quick three outs and keep Hiram off base and off the board
* In the ninth, Behrend turned a double play to take care of the two-runner threat and switch sides
* Stouffers heroics helped the Lions avenge the game-one loss in the bottom of the 10th
* Ryan Weaver (North Huntingdon, PA/Norwin) hurled the final two innings and only allowed two hits to collect his second win on the mound

Key Moments:
* The Terriers grabbed a 1-0 lead after the first inning
* Behrend went three up and three down in the first two innings before tying the game at 1-all in the third
* Anthony Slate (Hopewell, PA/Hopewell) singled up the middle, advanced to second on an error, reached third on a ground out and then scored on a wild pitch
* Hiram had two outs and a runner on third in the top of the fourth, but Paulinellie at shortstop dove for the ball and got up to make the throw to Stouffer who got the out off the hop to keep it tied
* The Terriers broke through with a run in the next inning for a 2-1 lead
* Behrend had a lead off hitter on base in the third through sixth inning
* The Lions added another run in the fifth off a Paulinellie RBI single to knot the game once again
* Hiram used two hits to score two runs in the top of the seventh to snap the two-game losing streak to Berhend
* Colin Kelly (Erie, PA/Cathedral Prep) suffered his first loss of the season in 6.1 innings pitched, allowing three earned runs and striking out four
