HAMBURG, NY – The Penn State Behrend team posted an 8-3 victory over Hilbert in game two of an Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference (AMCC) doubleheader on Saturday. The Hawks took game one, 6-2.

Game One:
Final Score: Hilbert 6, Penn State Behrend 2
Records: Penn State Behrend (7-11, 1-2 AMCC), Hilbert (13-12, 2-3 AMCC)

* The Lions scored one run in the second and one in the third
* Anthony Slate (Hopewell, PA/Hopewell) smacked his first home run of the season
* The leadoff hitter in the second inning, Slate got Behrend on the board with a long ball off the second pitch
* Zac Bogats (Corapolis, PA/Moon) led off the third inning with a double and scored off a sacrifice fly by Daniel Boehme (Peters Township, PA/Seton LaSalle)
* Boehme finished 3-for-3 with the RBI
