ERIE, Pa. – The Penn State Behrend men's golf team won their second straight invitational, capturing the James Bowen Fall Invitational hosted by the Lions at the Lawrence Park Golf Club on Monday afternoon.

* Freshman Ryan Meyer (Sewickley, PA/North Allegheny) tallied second after tying for first with Cooper Cordova of Pitt-Bradford
* Meyer and Cordova had a playoff hole on No. 1 and Cardovia parred the hole to take home the individual medalist trophy
* Alex Pol (Erie, PA/Cathedral Prep) was tied for third with five others with a 78 and he won the playoff to claim third overall
* The Lions edged Penn State Altoona by two strokes. The Altoona Lions carded a 315 for second
* Jacob Marquardt (Harmony, PA/Seneca Valley) was the leader on the second Behrend team that competed
* Marquardt tied for 13th place overall with an 82
