ALTOONA, Pa. – The Penn State Behrend men's golf team had a season-team low 317 to finish second out of five teams at the Penn State Altoona Spring Invitational on Saturday.

Key Moments:

* Penn State Altoona, the hosts, won the invitational with a team-low score of 308
* Behrend took second, while Pitt-Bradford was third (322), Mt. Aloysius was fourth (330), Pitt-Greensburg followed in fifth (363)
* Ryan Meyer (Sewickley, PA/North Allegheny) and Alex Pol (Erie, PA/Cathedral Prep) each scored their season-low 77 to tie for third place overall
* Meyer, Pol and Ryan Johnson (Centre Hall, PA/Penns Valley) each placed in the Top 10
* Johnson also carded a season-low 80 on the day to tie for sixth place
* Jake Caldwell (Belle Vernon, PA/Belle Vernon) was fourth on the team and tied for 18th with an 83, while Michael Dinner (Erie, PA/Cathedral Prep) tallied an 87 to finish tied for 24th
