CLYMER, NY – The Penn State Behrend men's golf team won their 10th Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference (AMCC) Championship with a two-day total of 632 held at the Peek n' Peak Golf Course on Monday afternoon.

Key Moments:
* The championship is the first for the Lions since 2017
* Ryan Meyer (Sewickley, PA/North Allegheny) was crowned the individual champion with a 75-74 and winning score of 149
* Meyer was even after the first nine holes with a 36 and one under through 13 holes, eventually finishing two under
* Alex Pol (Erie, PA/Cathedral Prep) took four strokes off his total from day one to card a 77 (38-39) and finish with a two-day total of 158 for third place.
* Pol recorded his best finish at the championships and tied his score his freshman year
* Jake Caldwell (Belle Vernon, PA/Belle Vernon) shot a 43 on the front and 39 on the back for an 82 on the day
* Caldwell's two-day total is 165, placing him eighth overall
* Ryan Johnson (Centre Hall, PA/Penns Valley) had the biggest improvement from day one (88), taking nine strokes off to finish with a 79 (167) and tie for 10th overall
* In the fifth spot for the Lions, Michael Dinner (Erie, PA/Cathedral Prep) added an 87 to his first-day
total of 81 for a 168 to tie for 12th place overall
* Meyer and Pol were named to the AMCC All-Tournament Team for finishing in the Top Five
