ERIE, Pa. – The Penn State Behrend men's golf team will head to Bradford, PA to start the 2021-22 season at the Pitt-Bradford Invitational held at The Pennhills Club on Saturday.

* Behrend returns seven golfers from last year's AMCC Championship team
* The Lions are looking to repeat as AMCC Champs with the return of All-Conference performers Alex Pol (Erie, PA/Cathedral Prep) and Jake Caldwell (Belle Vernon, PA/Belle Vernon)
* Pol was a First-Team selection after finishing in third place at the AMCC Championships and ranking fourth in the conference with a 80.33 average
* Caldwell was an All-AMCC Second-Team choice after placing eighth at the Conference Championships
* In addition to Pol and Caldwell, Behrend returns five upperclassmen and welcomes five newcomers
* Head coach Erik Barzeski is embarking on his seventh year with the Lions
