ERIE, Pa. – The Penn State Behrend men's golf team is set to compete at the Grove City Invitational held at the Grove City Country Club on Wednesday afternoon.

* The Behrend Lions are coming off a third-place finish at the Pitt-Bradford Invitational on Saturday
* Behrend was the top AMCC team, falling behind winners Hobart and second-place Thiel
* The Lions tallied a team score of 313 led by freshman Phil Pedano (Erie, PA/Cathedral Prep)
* Pedano placed fourth overall, carding a team-low 75 in his first collegiate outing
* Alex Pol (Erie, PA/Cathedral Prep) also made it into the Top 10
* Pol tied for seventh place with a 77 for the 18 holes
