LAWRENCE, Ohio – The Penn State Behrend men's golf team placed fourth out of six teams at the Wooster Gatorade Intercollegiate Tournament held at the Zoar Village Golf Course over the weekend.

* The Lions remained in fourth place after the second day of competition, taking 17 strokes off day one
* Jake Caldwell (Belle Vernon, PA/Belle Vernon) was first on the team two-day total of 150 (76-74) to stay tied for ninth overall
* Ryan Johnson (Centre Hall, PA/Penns Valley) tied his scored from day one to record a two-day score of 152 (76-76)
* Johnson tied two other golfers for 13th overall
* Phil Pedano (Erie, PA/Cathedral Prep) tied Johnson with a 76 to have a combined score of 155, placing 20th overall with two others
* Tied for 27th overall, Jacob Verner (Venetia, PA/Seton LaSalle) had the best score the Lions on the day
* Verner carded a 73 to finish with a 158
* Matt Goldman (Pittsburgh, PA/Upper St. Clair) shaved eight strokes off day one to finish with a 79 to tie for 38th place (87-79-166)
* Individually, Tyler Parkhurst (Union City, PA/Union City) tallied an 82 to go with a 77 from yesterday to tie for 29th with a 158
