Men's Golf Takes Third at AMCC Championships

INDIANA, Pa. – The Penn State Behrend men's golf team placed third with a score of 657 at the two-day 2023 Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference (AMCC) Championships held at Indiana Country Club.

* The Lions took three strokes off their day one total for a 327
* Behrend had two golfers in the Top 10, Jake Caldwell (Belle Vernon, PA/Belle Vernon) and Jared Franc (Erie, PA/Fairview)
* Caldwell led the Lions and was fifth place overall in his final championship
* Caldwell tied his first day score of 79  for a 158
* Franc shaved nine strokes off his day-one total (85) and posted the team-best score of 76 on day two
