Lions Top Titans 4-2
Kyle Coonelly scored the go-ahead goal at the 60:05 mark of the second half and added another at 69:08 for good measure as the Penn State Behrend men's soccer team defeated Westminster 4-2 on Saturday afternoon.

NEW WILMINGTON, Pa. - Kyle Coonelly (Sewickley, PA/Quaker Valley) scored the go-ahead goal at the 60:05 mark of the second half and added another at 69:08 for good measure as the Penn State Behrend men's soccer team defeated Westminster 4-2 on Saturday afternoon.
Sliding near the post, Coonelly took a pass from Jimmy Belack (Upper St. Clair, PA/Upper St. Clair) and sent it in to the back of the net to put the Lions up indefinatley. The assist was Belack's second of the day and third of the season.
Behrend opened up the scoring when Eric Hackworth (Pittsburgh, PA/Shaler) scored his first goal of the season on a cross just 13:48 into the match. Nick Stewart (Pittsburgh,PA/Keystone Oaks) drew nylon just five minutes later when he sent in a cross from Coonelly.
The Titans would respond, however, as David Oase and Austin Ewers scored goals to bookend the end of the first half and beginning of the second.
Coonelly, who finished with five points, would score ten minutes later to give the Lions the lead for good.
Behrend returns to action on Tuesday against Case Western, beginning at 7 p.m.
