Men’s Soccer Takes on Goucher in ECAC Semifinals

READING, Pa. – No. 2 Penn State Behrend matches up with No. 6 Goucher in the Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) Men's Soccer Semifinals, hosted by No. 1 Alvernia on Saturday, Nov. 18. Kickoff is set for 2:00 p.m. The winner will advance to the championship game on Sunday, Nov. 19 to face Alvernia or No. 4 FDU-Florham.

No. 2 Behrend News & Notes:

* The Lions held off No. 7 Franciscan, 1-0, this past Sunday to advance to the semifinals
* The lone score of the game came off an own goal by the Barons in the 35th minute

* For the season, junior forward Michael Adekanmbi leads the team with seven goals and nine assists for 23 points, while Sternini has played in 18 games and made 76 saves
