* The Monarchs got on the board first in the 18th minute with a goal from Bryce Nunes off a pass from Phillip Permyashkin
* King's (Pa.) extended its lead to two with an unassisted score from Saul Lagunas Jr. in the 46th minute
* Senior Johnathan Swann (Allison Park, PA/North Allegheny) cut the Lions deficit to one goal with a score in the 65th minute
