ERIE, Pa.  – The Penn State Behrend men's swimming and diving team will travel to New Wilmington, Pa. to battle Westminster in a non-conference dual meet at 12 p.m. on Saturday.

* The Lions won their first dual meet of the season with a 210-75 victory over Westminster
* Behrend swept the top three spots in five events on Saturday
* Freshman Matt Karenbauer (Butler, PA/Knoch) was named the AMCC Swimmer of the Week for recording four wins against Alfred State, three individual and one relay
* Mark Patterson (North Huntingdon, PA/Norwin) and Chase Bietz (Clearfield, PA/Clearfield) each tallied four wins, two individual and two relay on the day

* The Titans open their season Friday when they host the Westminster Relays
* The Titans are ranked ninth in the Northeast South Region by The College Swimming and Diving Coaches Association of America (CSCAA) in its Swimming and Diving Division III Preseason Poll of the 2018-19 season
* Westminster's roster of 25 features five seniors, four juniors, four sophomores and 12 freshmen
