Men's Swimming Takes Down Penn State Altoona

ERIE, Pa. – The Penn State Behrend men's swimming and diving team is on a three meet winning streak with a 125-81 victory over Penn State Altoona in Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference (AMCC) action on Saturday afternoon in the Junker Pool.

* The Lions had nine different swimmers win first place (individual or relay)
* Senior Mark Patterson (North Huntingdon, PA/Norwin) won two events for Behrend including the 200 yard medley relay and the 100 yard backstroke picking up 20 points for the team
* Chase Bietz (Clearfield, PA/Clearfield), Matt Karenbauer (Butler, PA/Knoch), and Quinn Fischer (Fairview, PA/Cathedral Prep) were also winning members of the 200 yard medley relay
