ERIE, Pa. – The Penn State Behrend men's swimming and diving is within one win of an undefeated dual-meet season after posting a 114-67 victory over Malone in non-conference action on Friday night in the Junker Center Pool.

* The Lions had six individual winners and one relay victory to remain undefeated on the season
* Behrend is now 8-0 with one meet left tomorrow afternoon
* Matt Karenbauer (Butler, PA/Knoch) chalked up three wins on the day for the Lions
* He swam with Liam Watterson (Brentwood, PA/Baldwin), Jacob Eshelman (Franklin, PA/Franklin) and Quinn Fischer (Fairview, PA/Cathedral Prep) to win the 200 medley relay in 1:39.26.
* Karenbauer also led the way in the 200 IM and the edged Ezra Ferguson of Malone in 100 butterfly for the second time this season (first was at Oberlin Invite)
* Fischer had the fastest split at 21.30 in the anchor position and then posted a first-place finish in the 100 freestyle
