Lions Take Third at Brockport Early Season Invitational
Tim Compton and Will Perham each won an event to help lead the Penn State Behrend men's swimming and diving at the Brockport Early Season Invitational held at the Webster Aquatic Center on Saturday.
WEBSTER, NY – Tim Compton (Pittsburgh, PA/North Allegheny) and Will Perham (Upper St. Clair, PA/Upper St. Clair) each won an event to help lead the Penn State Behrend men's swimming and diving at the Brockport Early Season Invitational held at the Webster Aquatic Center on Saturday.
Scores: 1) SUNY Geneseo – 1017, 2) Grove City – 727, 3) Penn State Behrend – 551, 4) SUNY Brockport – 285

Key Moments:
* Compton won the 200 butterfly (1:52.56) and Perham touched first in the 100 breaststroke (58.31) to help the Lions place third out of four teams with a score of 551
* Compton also took second in the 200 IM (1:59.59) and Perham was runner up in the 200 breaststroke (2:12.69)
* Combined they swam with Anthony Tumino (Hershey, PA/Hershey) and Isaac Stoeckle (Pittsburgh, PA/Avonworth) for third place in the opening 200 medley relay (1:36.83)
* Individually, Tumino was the top swimmer for Behrend in the 50 free with a second-place finish in 21.16
* Tumino, Stoeckle, Compton and Zachary Turner (Gettysburg, PA/Gettysburg) made up the 200 freestyle relay that placed third overall in 1:28.53
