Men's Swimming and Diving Captures AMCC Championship; Compton Named Swimmer of the Meet
The Penn State Behrend men's swimming and diving team won their 17th overall AMCC title and second straight, while finishing second overall at the 2025 SUNYAC-AMCC Championships at the Flickinger Aquatic Center at Erie Community College on Saturday.

Key Moments:
* The Lions won four events and had six AMCC Champions on the last day
* Compton became another four-time champion, tonight in the 200 butterfly
* Compton clocked in at 1:52.73 for first place
* Anthony Tumino (Hershey, PA/Hershey) and Glenn Fowkes (Vandergrift, PA/Kiski Area) tallied first-place finishes and were AMCC Champions in the 100 freestyle and 200 backstroke, respectively
* Tumino, who won the 200 free, tallied a winning time of 45.62 to break the team record while Zachary Turner (Gettysburg, PA/Gettysburg finished third in the event (47.15)
* Fowkes won the 200 backstroke with a time of 1:51.87 and Isaac Stoeckle (Pittsburgh, PA/Avonworth) followed in fourth place and second in the AMCC in 1:55.25
* Will Perham (Upper St. Clair, PA/Upper St. Clair) was third in the prelims of 200 breaststroke and tallied a time of 2:04.54 in the finals to be crowned AMCC Champion for the third time in his career
* David Hauptman (Titusville, PA/Titusville) was sixth overall and second in the AMCC in the 200 breaststroke in 2:13.33
* The final 400 freestyle relay set a new team record with a time of 3:06.06 to take first place thanks to Tumino, Stoeckle Nicolin Pierce (Erie, PA/McDowell) and Turner
