ERIE, Pa. - The Grove City men's tennis team only relinquished one singles match to defeat Penn State Behrend 8-1 in non-conference action on Friday night.

The Wolverines (2-2) won all three doubles matches to begin the contest. Taimi Ando (Franklin Lakes, NJ/Ramapo) and Marion Mason (Ellwood City, PA/Riverside) put up a good fight at No. 1 doubles, falling 9-8 to Caleb Fuller and Anthony Rosselli.

In the singles competition, Ando picked up the lone victory in the No. 1 spot. He defeated Fuller 6-1 and 6-0 for his first win of the spring season.

The Lions (1-4) return to action on Saturday, February 25 against Edinboro. Match begins at 4 p.m.
