ERIE, Pa. – Chris Galvin (Erie, PA/McDowell) has been named the Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference (AMCC) Men's Tennis Player of the Week after leading Penn State Behrend to its sixth conference championship.

Galvin won is first individual title for the Lions, capturing the No. 2 singles crown. He also teamed up with freshman Taimi Ando (Franklin Lakes, NJ/Ramapo) to win the No. 1 doubles title.

Behrend earned the conference's inaugural bid to the NCAA Division III Tournament, which begins May 21.
