Men's Tennis Rebounds With Win over Norwich

HILTON HEAD, SC – The Penn State Behrend men's tennis team tallied a 7-2 non-conference win over Norwich on the second day of spring break on Wednesday.

Key Moments:

* The Behrend Lions bounced back from a loss yesterday from PS-Harrisburg
* The Lions won all three double and four singles matches for their eighth win this season
* Mitchell May (Erie, PA/Harbor Creek) and Mason Harbaugh (Greensburg, PA/Hempfield) were double winners for Behrend
* May started the match with Mitchell Brown (Ovieda, FL) for an 8-3 No. 2 doubles victory
* Harbaugh and and Jimmy Lobdell (Warren, PA/Warren)  were 8-3 winners at the third doubles, while Michael Duckett (Girard, PA/Fairview) and Noah Colvin (Warren, PA/Warren) tallied an 8-6  decision at the top doubles spot
* Harbaugh tallied his second straight singles win with an 6-1, 6-1 victory at No. 3
* May and and Belden Tuttle (Fairview, PA/Fairview) followed suit with singles wins at the fourth and fifth spot, respectively
* Tuttle is on a three-match winning streak in singles action, winning 6-3, 6-1
* Isaac Eklin (Ebensburg, PA/Central Cambria) closed out the singles scoring with a 6-2, 6-0 win at No. 6
