Behrend Men's Tennis to Battle Mt. Aloysius Saturday at Westwood Racquet Club

ERIE, Pa. – The Penn State Behrend men's tennis team host Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference (AMCC) foe Mt. Aloysius on Saturday at the Westwood Racquet Club at 3 p.m.

Penn State Behrend News & Notes:

* The Lions are coming off a 7-2 win at Medaille last Saturday
* The Behrend Lions swept the doubles matches and won four of the six singles matches
* Behrend had four double winners on the day
* Senior Noah Colvin (Warren, PA/Warren) was named AMCC Player of the Week,
* Colvin went undefeated in AMCC action this week, securing a No. 2 singles win and a No. 1 doubles decision with Kyle Thomas (Erie, PA/Harbor Creek)
* Michael Brudy (Gibsonia, PA/Pine Richland) and Belden Tuttle (Fairview, PA/Fairview) earned their second doubles win of the season to remain undefeated at 2-0 in the two spot
* Last season, the Lions defeated Mt. Aloysius, 6-3 on Sept. 21

Mt. Aloysius News & Notes:

* The Mounties are undefeated on the season at 4-0 and in the AMCC at 3-0
* Mt. Aloysius is coming off an 8-1 win over Medaille last Sunday
* Mt. Aloysius has also posted wins over Penn State Altoona, Pitt-Greensburg and Lancaster Bible
* Bruce Perow and Cole Kazmierczyk lead the conference with four singles wins apiece
