Penn State Behrend men’s tennis senior Jonathon Laier (Lansing, MI/Holt) was selected the Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference (AMCC) Player of the Week for the period running from March 24-30.

ERIE, Pa. – Penn State Behrend men's tennis senior Jonathon Laier (Lansing, MI/Holt) was selected the Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference (AMCC) Player of the Week for the period running from March 24-30.

Laier was undefeated in AMCC action in both singles and doubles this past week.

He posted wins at the No. 1 spot, helping the Lions avenge a 5-2 loss to Altoona last week. Laier also registered a 6-1, 6-4 win at No. 1 singles, while tallying a 6-2 doubles decision.

The Lions head to Mount Union on Sunday, April 6. Match time is slated for 11 a.m.
