ERIE, Pa. – The Penn State Behrend men's track and field team is back in action this weekend for a two-day invitational starting on Friday, hosted by Ashland University.

* Samuel Hetrick (New Bethlehem, PA/Redbank Valley) and Braeden Smith (Erie, PA/Seneca) are both tied for second in the nation in the high jump with a mark of 2.08m
* Both hit the mark this past weekend at the Steemer Showcase hosted by Wittenberg
* The 2.08m high jump is also the Behrend indoor record that Hetrick and Smith share
* Two other Lions hit school records last weekend
* Kody Klein (North East, PA/Cathedral Prep) set the record in the 800m with a time of 1:54.28
* Eric Stehlik (Northport, NY/Northport) tops the Behrend record books in the 400m with a mark of 50.06 last week
* Antonio Stello (Punxsutawney, PA, Punxsutawney) won the 200m, pacing all others with a final mark of 22.45
