SLIPPERY ROCK, Pa. – The Penn State Behrend men's track and field team took part in the Dave Labor Invitational hosted by Slipper Rock University. There were no team scores for this event.
Noteworthy:
* Samuel Hetrick (New Bethlehem, PA/Redbank Valley) took the gold in the high jump with a mark of 2.08m
* Braeden Smith (Erie, PA/Seneca) placed third in the high jump with a 2.00m result
* Phenix Myers (Erie, PA/Seneca) had a seventh-place finish in the 5000m, concluding the event in 15:26.73
* Blake Burns (Jefferson, OH/Jefferson Area) also concluded his event, the 110m hurdles, in seventh with a time of 16.48
* Anand Bhambhwani (Pittsburgh, PA/Mt. Lebanon) finished just behind Burns in 16.98, placing 11th
* Ryan Festa (Horsham, PA/Hatboro-Horsham) tied for third in the pole vault with a height of 4.36m
* Dan Dabrowski (Harborcreek, PA/Harborcreek) tossed for 47.99m in the shot put, placing fourth on Saturday
