Stello Breaks 200m School Record; Hetrick Wins High Jump at Spire

GENEVA, Ohio – Senior Antonio Stello (Punxsutawney, PA/Punxsutawney) broke the school record in the 200m to lead the Penn State Behrend men's indoor track & field team at the Spire Collegiate Games on Saturday.

Key Moments:

* Stello ran 22.19 to finish in ninth place and break a nine-year school record held by Malik Moffett
* Stello also finished 22nd in the 60m dash with a time of 7.18
* Samuel Hetrick (New Bethlehem, PA/Redbank Valley) was the lone individual winner in the high jump with a height of 2.07m
* Hetrick's result puts him tied for fourth in national rankings while breaking the meet record set at 2.01 from 2014
* The distance medley of Kody Klein (North East, PA/Cathedral Prep), Jason Seevers (North East, PA/North East), Aidan Reinsel (North East, PA/North East) and Nick Temel (Conneaut Lake, PA/Conneaut Area) were second with a time of 10:49.75
* In the 300m, Marshall Nock (Aliquippa, PA/Hopewell) was fourth overall with a time of 40.60
* Seevers and Aiden Seeman were eighth and ninth, respectively, in the 600m
* Seevers had a time of 1:39.97 and Seeman came in at 1:30.27
* Blake Burns (Jefferson, OH/Jefferson Area) was 11th overall in the 60m hurdles (8.62)
* Ryan Festa (Horsham, PA/Hatboro-Horsham) led the way in the pole vault, taking ninth with a height of 4.40m followed by Islam Daghestani (Meadville, PA/Meadville Area) in 10th (4.25m)
