Three Named All-AARTFC on Final Day of Championships

SELINSGROVE, Pa. – The Penn State Behrend men's and women's track & field teams finished day two of the All-Atlantic Region Track and Field Conference (AARTFC) Championships held at Susquehanna University on Thursday.

Noteworthy:

* The men placed 30th out of 60 teams with 11.5 points and the women came in 41st out of 59 teams with four points
* Olivia Nola (Erie, PA/Collegiate Academy) was less than 10 seconds away from first place in the 1500m
* Nola ran 4:39.31 to collect two points toward the team score, placing seventh overall for All-AARTFC honors
* Nola ran on the women's 4x800 relay team that placed 14th with a time of 10:02.91 along with Ivy Laffan (Waterford, PA/Fort LeBoeuf), Emily Ferrans (Bradfordwoods, PA/North Allegheny), and Lindsey Hartle (Pittsburgh, PA/Avonworth)
* Samuel Hetrick (New Bethlehem, PA/Redbank Valley) takes fourth in the high jump and Anand Bhambhwani (Pittsburgh, PA/Mt. Lebanon) takes seventh for All-AARTFC accolades
* Kody Klein (Erie, PA/North East) finished 10th in the 800m (1:54.83) and then ran a leg on the 11th place 4x800 team along with Jason Seevers (North East, PA/North East), Nick Temel (Conneaut Lake, PA/Conneaut), and Aidan Reinsel (North East, PA/North East)
* Temel also placed 27th in the 1500m
