LEWISBURG, Pa. - The Penn State Behrend men's water polo team was taken down by Mercyhurst Sunday morning at the Bucknell Invitational.
Joshua Daniel tallied three goals and two assists for the Lakers, who split their doubleheader.
Freshman James Billington (Santa Ynez, CA/Santa Ynez) scored his first collegiate goal for the Lions. Behrend held their own, trailing only 3-1 after the first quarter and 5-1 at the half.
The Lakers would put the game away in the third quarter, however, netting six goals.
Behrend will host Gannon September 20th at 7 p.m.
