Lions Fall to Falcons in Southern Division Championship

ANNAPOLIS, Md. – James Billington (Santa Ynez, CA/Santa Ynez) and Remi Lee (Berkeley, CA/Berkeley) scored two goals each for the Penn State Behrend men's water polo team in a 16-7 loss to Notre Dame College on Saturday afternoon at the Southern Division Championship.

The Lions trailed by just three at the break, but the Falcons outscored Behrend 12-6 in the second half to put the contest away.

Matthew Johnson (Houston, TX/Cypress Falls) scored for the Lions on a penalty shot, and Logan McCarthy (San Diego, CA/La Jolla) and Hasan Khan (Lake Zurich, IL/Stevenson) added goals for Behrend, who fell on Friday to Navy, 15-3.

The Lions will close out their season on Sunday against an opponent yet to be determined.
