Trailing 10-2 at halftime, Behrend put together a strong effort in the second half outscoring Washington and Jefferson 10-6. Victor Nguyen (San Jose, CA/Evergreen Valley) gave the Lions a lift with three goals in the contest. Matthew Johnson (Houston, TX/Cypress Falls) also provided two goals, after scoring three in yesterday's loss to Salem.
