Four Behrend Men’s Water Polo Student-Athletes Garner MPSF All-Academic Honors
The Penn State Behrend men’s water polo team had four student-athletes named to the 2024 Mountain Pacific Sports Federation (MPSF) All-Academic Scholar-Athletes Team.
ERIE, Pa. – The Penn State Behrend men's water polo team had four student-athletes named to the 2024 Mountain Pacific Sports Federation (MPSF) All-Academic Scholar-Athletes Team.
Will Aikens (La Grange Park, IL/Lyons Township), Connor Bradley (Collegeville, PA/Perkiomen), Karol Nowak (Barrington, IL/Barrington), and Adrian Tolczyk (Park Ridge, IL/Maine South) all earned this honor.
Aikens (3.86 GPA) and Bradley (3.21 GPA) are both engineering majors, while Nowak (3.03 GPA) and Tolczyk (3.25 GPA) are studying finance.
In order to be nominated to the All-Academic Team, student-athletes must meet the following criteria:
1.) 3.00 or better cumulative grade point average.
2.) Student-athlete must be at least a sophomore academically.
3.) Student-athlete must have completed one full academic year at the institution prior to the season for which the award is being received.
4.) Student-athlete must have competed in fifty percent or more of the institution's competition in the student-athlete's respective sport.
