ROCHESTER, NY - The Penn State Behrend men's cross country team placed 14th out of 24 teams at the NCAA Division III Regional hosted at the Genesee Valley Park in Rochester, NY on Saturday.

* Coming fresh off an AMCC Individual Championship, Kody Klein (North East, PA/Cathedral Prep) led Behrend in the 8K
* Klein came in 36th overall with a time of 26:39.2 for first on the team, missing All-Region honors by one place finish
* As a team, the Lions registered 374 points
* Nick Temel (Conneaut Lake, PA/Conneaut Lake) placed 72nd overall with a time of 27:31.7, second on the team
* Aidan Domencic (Cranberry Township, PA/Seneca Valley,  Bennett Kerr (Murrysville, PA/Franklin Regional) and Joey George (Leechburg, PA/Kiski) were the middle of the pack for the Lions
* All three were six total places apart with Domencic taking 85th overall in 28:00.1
* Kerr clocked in with a time of 28:29.6 for 90th and George was two second behind Kerr for 91st (28:31.9)
* Geneseo won the race (41), followed by Brockport in second (77) and NYU in third (114)
