Men’s Cross Country Competes In Rochester 8K

ROCHESTER, N.Y. – The Penn State Behrend men's cross country team finished 17^th with a team score of 460 at the Yellowjacket Invitational, hosted by Rochester at Genesee Valley Park Saturday morning.

* Lucas Boyd (North East, PA/North East) earned a 58^th-place finish for the Lions, running a time of 27:43.4
* Boyd finished nine spots ahead of his 6k mark of 67^th
* Seniors Bennett Kerr (Murrysville, PA/Franklin Regional) (28:34.7) and Emil George (East Brunswick, NJ/East Brunswick) (29:27.2) were the next to finish for Behrend in 98^th and 148^th, respectively
* George placed 12 spots ahead of his 4k place of 160^th
