ERIE, Pa. – Penn State Behrend softball catcher Sarah Blagg (Cranberry Township, PA/Seneca Valley) was named the Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference (AMCC) softball Athlete of the Week for the week ending March 13.
The sophomore went 12-for-20 from the plate, posting a .600 batting average. She scored 12 runs and smacked in seven RBI over 10 games in Clermont, Florida. Blagg had five multiple hit games, while ripping two doubles, two triples and a home run.
