* The Behrend Lions are 5-6 overall, recently sweeping Geneva in non-conference action on March 19
* The Lions posted a 6-1 victory in game one and then edged the Golden Tornadoes 3-2 in 10 innings

* Samantha Manioci (Rochester, NY/Odyssey Academy) went 3-for-4 with a double in game two
* Cami McNany (Emlenton, PA/Allegheny-Clarion Valley) and Maria Jones (Wilcox, PA/Johnsonburg) each had three hits in the opener vs. Geneva
* C. McNany leads the team with 12 RBIs and two home runs, while Jones paces the squad with 14 hits and nine runs
* Jones also is first in the AMCC in earned-run average at 2.10
