ERIE, Pa. - The No. 9 Penn State Behrend women's basketball team earned a bid to the 2020 Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) Division III Women's Basketball Championship, announced on Monday. The Lions will travel to New Wilmington, PA to take on Westminster in the first round on Wednesday at 7 p.m.

* The Penn State Behrend women's basketball team earned the program's 11th bid to the ECAC Tournament
* The ninth-seeded Lions (16-10) will travel to No. 8 Westminster in first-round action
* Cabrini claimed the No. 1 seed and received a first-round bye and right to host the championship
* Behrend was last in the tournament in the 2015-16 season where they fell to Washington & Jefferson in the first round
* The Lions won the ECAC Championship in 1991-92 and in 1995-96
* Last week, Behrend fell to Pitt-Greensburg in the first round of the Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference tournament, 71-53

* The Titans have a 20-7 record overall
* Westminster fell to Grove City in the PAC semifinals on Friday to be eliminated from the conference tournament
