Majewski Named AMCC Women's Basketball Athlete of the Week

ERIE, Pa. – Sophomore guard Rachel Majewski (Erie, PA/Villa Maria Academy) has been named the Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference (AMCC) Women's Basketball Athlete of the Week.

Majewski was named to the PSB Tip-Off All-Tournament Team for averaging 24.0 points in two games. She scored a career-high 25 in the season opener against Otterbein. Majewski led the team in scoring with 23 points in the championship game, to go with three assists and three triples.

The Lions are back in action on Wednesday against Marietta. Game time is 6 p.m.
