Women's Basketball Handles Mt. Aloysius in AMCC Action

CRESSON, Pa. – The Penn State Behrend women's basketball team remains undefeated in Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference (AMCC) action with a 107-66 win over Mt. Aloysius on Saturday afternoon.

Key Moments:

* Behrend hit the century mark for the first time this season
* The Lions scored 20 or more points in each quarter to defeat the Mounties
* Behrend had 12 different players score including all five starters in double-digit points and seven players off the bench recording points
* Alaina Fabin (Indiana, PA/Homer Center) had an unconventional three-point play to give the Lions a double-digit lead in the first quarter at 21-10
* From there, Behrend never relinquished the lead and kept Mt. Aloysius at a distance
* The Lions connected on 12 three pointers and shot 53.9 percent from the floor
* Behrend had a season-low seven turnovers while forcing 24, resulting in 38 points
* The Lions were nearly flawless from the charity stripe, going 13-for-14
* Fabin led with 18 points and eight rebounds
* Madilyn Boyer (Saxonburg, PA/Knoch) and Rachel Majewski (Erie, PA/Villa Maria Academy) each added 15 points
* Morgan Altavilla (Pittsburgh, PA/Baldwin) and Alexis Furyes (Medina, OH/Highland) contributed 12 points
* Off the bench, Addy Landowski (Lower Burrell, PA/Burrell) had a career-high nine points
