LEMONT FURNACE, Pa. – Freshman Alex Barnett (Warren, PA/Eisenhower) was the lone wrestler to place at the PSUAC Invitational held at Penn State Fayette on Sunday afternoon.

Key Moments:

* Barnett posted a 5-1 record at the 165-weight class to finish third overall
* Barnett two wins by decision, two by default and another by pin
* Barnett defeated Michael Standish from Fayette 8-7 in the third-place bout
* Junior Brandon Miller (Hermitage, PA/Hickory) tallied a pair of wins at 174
* Miller posted a 9-6 decision in the championship bracket and then a 12-4 major decision in the consolation rounds
* Freshman Brian Himes (Brookville, PA/Brookville) earned his first collegiate win at 184
* Himes pinned Colby Mattice from Mont Alto in 1:49 in the consolation bracket
