ERIE, Pa. – The Penn State Behrend wrestling team will compete in the second Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference (AMCC) Championships this weekend held at Alfred State. Wrestling begins at 10 a.m.

* The Lions are looking to improve on their fourth-place finish from last year's AMCC Championships
* Behrend is 2-1 against AMCC competition this year
* The Lions have two regionally-ranked wrestlers in the lineup
* Senior Peyton Hearn (Conneaut, PA/Conneaut) ranking first at 149 in the Southeast Region and freshman Cole Neil (Saint Marys, PA/Saint Marys) eight at the 133 weight class
* Neil leads the team with 23 wins and Hearn is second with 20
* Jake Brown (Stroudsburg, PA/Stroudsburg) paces Behrend with 10 pins, three major decisions and two technical falls in his 19 wins
* Hearn ranks first on the team in technical falls with six
* The Lions have 10 wrestlers with double-digit wins
* As a team, Behrend has registered 73 pins, 22 technical falls and 18 major decisions
* Behrend is going for its first AMCC Title as a team and looking for its first individual champion
