ERIE, Pa. – The Penn State Behrend wrestling team picked up a pair of dual-meet wins, defeating Hiram 36-9 and then posting a 45-9 victory over Pitt-Bradford in the Junker Center on Saturday night.
Match One:
Score: Behrend 36, Hiram 9
Key Moments:
* Zach Dellinger (Williamsville, NY/Williamsville) picked up his first of two pins on the night, defeating Ian Fuentes in 2:23 for a quick six points at 125
* After falling in the next two bouts, Cole Neil (St. Marys, PA/Saint Marys) got the Lions three more points for a 9-6 lead thanks to an 8-4 decision over Jackson Bowers at 141
* Hiram knotted the score at 9-all with a decision win at 157
* The Lions held the Terriers scoreless in the final five bouts to post the 27-point margin
