* Behrend recently posted a 2-1 record at the AMCC duals on Saturday
* On Jan. 11, the Lions collected their first-ever dual-meet victory over Alfred State, 38-4
* Behrend also defeated Penn State Altoona 48-10 yet dropped a 29-13 decision to Penn
* Three wrestlers posted a 3-0 record at the AMCC duals
* Cole Neil (St. Mary's PA/Saint Marys), Steffan Lynch (North East, PA/North East) and Rudy Brown (Burgettstown, PA/Burgettstown) had three wins apiece
* Lynch made his first appearance in a Behrend uniform, earning a pin, a decision win and a technical fall over regionally-ranked Owen Cummings of Alfred State
* Neil, Nolan Fenton (Kersey, PA/Saint Marys) and Matt Caldwell (Wheatfield, NY/Starpoint) each registered a pin on the day
* With the three wins, R. Brown improves to 14-1 on the season and 12-0 in dual-meet action
* Fenton continues to lead the team with 17 wins and 10 falls

* St. John Fisher defeated Pitt-Bradford 43-3 on Wednesday night
* The Cardinals won nine of the 10 matches for the dual win on senior night
* At the SUNYAC Championships last weekend, the Cardinals placed seventh as a team
* St. John Fisher had three wrestlers place in their respective weight classes
* Derek Bernardino took second at 133, Torin Bishop was third at 149 and Otto Davidson came in third at 165
* Sophomores Dylan Devine (165) and Dan Parkulo (125) are regionally ranked
