ERIE, Pa. - Freshman Emily Foy has been named the Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference (AMCC) Women's Soccer Offensive Player of the Week, announced on Monday.

The rookie scored her first collegiate goals last week to help the Lions (9-8, 7-1 AMCC) earn two conference victories. Foy netted the game-winning goal to lift Behrend past Pitt-Bradford, moving them into sole possession of first place in the conference. She also tallied the game winner in a 2-0 victory over Penn State Altoona on Saturday.

The Lions return to action today at Hilbert. Game time is 1 p.m.
